Terms of Service

Appointments
Booking: All appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations  and no-shows must pay a 50% deposit to reschedule their next appointment, and pay an additional 50% at the time of their rescheduled appointment.
Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting other clients' schedules. In this case, a rescheduling fee may apply.
 

Payments
Pricing: All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change as they are starting prices. Prices may vary depending on hair length, texture, and desired results.
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required for certain services, such as hair extensions and bridal services. This deposit will be applied to the total service cost.
Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service.
 

Services
Consultations: Consultations are recommended for all new clients and required for specific services, such as extensions and bridal styling.
Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive to ensure that all clients are satisfied with their services. If you are not happy with the results, please notify us within 48 hours so we can make the necessary adjustments. 
Allergies & Sensitivities: Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities before your service begins. We are not responsible for adverse reactions to products if we are not informed prior.
 

Products
Returns: All product sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective.
Product Use: We recommend using the products we suggest to maintain your service results. We are not responsible for any damage or results due to the use of non-recommended products.
 

Bridal Services
Trial Runs:
A trial run is required for all bridal hair services to ensure your style is perfected before the big day.
Travel Fees: Additional travel costs apply for services provided at the venue. These fees must be paid in advance along with the deposit.
Booking: Bridal services should be booked well in advance to secure your date. We cannot guarantee availability for last-minute bookings.
 

Privacy
Personal Information:
We collect personal information, such as your name, contact details, and payment information, to process your appointments and purchases. We do not share this information with third parties, except as necessary to complete your transaction.
Communications: By providing your contact information, you agree to receive communications from us regarding your appointments, promotions, and other salon-related updates. You can opt out at any time.
 

Liability
Service Outcomes:
We are committed to providing high-quality services, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as results may vary depending on individual hair types and conditions.
Damages: We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to allergic reactions, injuries, or other adverse effects resulting from our services or products, unless due to negligence on our part.
 

Changes to Terms
Updates:
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be available on our website.
Acceptance: By continuing to use our services after any changes, you agree to the updated terms.
